Our company origin is that of a refrigeration contracting company, so we know a lot about refrigeration – it’s in our blood. Since 2005, we have concentrated on our rental business yet we still retain our refrigeration “mentality”. We do not have a fleet of one size fits all. We have built (by far!) the largest fleet in Ontario, with a variety of sizes and a variety of functions to suite the multiple demands of our customers.

Our cooler/freezer units are manufactured by us in 3 standard sizes: 6x6 standard, 6x12 large and 6x16 jumbo. Rated for outdoor operations, each has refrigeration that is designed and customized specifically for that sized unit.
A closer look of our builds:
Refrigeration equipment: This is where we excel and our competition cannot match – not even close! The refrigeration equipment itself is not “off the shelf”. We provide various commercial quality systems each designed for the specific needs of our customers, all custom-built to fully utilize the capacity afforded by each of the sized “box”.
Our systems comprise of commercial grade Keep-rite or GOVI products specifically designed, combined and built by us for each of our 3 sized unit fleet.
- All 6×6 sized units are 115 volt-powered that can be switched between cooler and freezer, depending on the customer’s needs.
- For customers having 230 volt service and very large space needs, our 6×16 sized units “fit the bill”.
- Insulation: Crucial for maintaining temperature, we use 4 inches of insulated polyurethane panels on all walls, ceiling and floor.
- Airtight Sealing: Every joint, seam on all walls, the ceiling and floor is sealed with caulk to prevent air infiltration/escaping and to improve efficiency. This is especially important on very hot summer days when the trailer can be sitting in the open on black asphalt surface. Even at those extremes, our units keep temperature!
- Reinforced Floors: built on a non-slip surface with extra support to handle the weight of your stored material (whether it be meat, ice, vegetables or fruit), staff walking on its surface and then some.
